What Is the Feedback Button?

The Interwow Feedback Button is a small, unobtrusive tab that sits on the edge of your page โ€” always accessible, never in the way. When a user clicks it, a compact popup opens where they can rate their experience with emoji reactions, leave a free-text comment, and optionally attach a screenshot.

Each piece of feedback is automatically tagged with the page URL, the user's session context, their device type, and any user properties you've identified in Interwow. This means your team receives rich, actionable feedback โ€” not just a raw comment with no context.
