1 Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Interwow platform, website, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). This policy applies to all users of the Service, including registered account holders, team members, and anyone who accesses the Service through an existing account.
By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The purpose of this policy is to protect Interwow, our customers, and the broader internet ecosystem from harmful, illegal, or disruptive use of our infrastructure and tools.
Interwow reserves the right to investigate potential violations of this policy and to take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of accounts, as described in Section 4 below.
2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited when using the Interwow Service. This list is illustrative, not exhaustive — Interwow retains discretion to act on behaviour that causes harm even if not explicitly listed here.
Spam and unsolicited communications. Using Interwow's data collection or survey features to send unsolicited bulk messages, phishing emails, or deceptive communications to end users without their prior consent.
Illegal activity. Using the Service to facilitate, enable, or engage in any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, illegal gambling, and the sale of prohibited goods or substances.
Harmful or offensive content. Deploying the Service on websites or applications that host or promote content that is hateful, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, or designed to cause psychological harm to individuals or groups.
Unauthorised data scraping. Using Interwow's APIs or data access features to systematically extract, scrape, or harvest data from third-party websites or applications without the express permission of those website or application owners.
Impersonation. Creating accounts, surveys, or user experiences that impersonate Interwow, another company, or an individual in a way that is intended to deceive, mislead, or defraud users.
Security attacks. Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Interwow platform or any of its infrastructure; conducting denial-of-service attacks; distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful code through the Service.
Copyright infringement. Using the Service to host, distribute, or reproduce copyrighted content — including software, images, text, or media — without appropriate authorisation from the rights holder.
Privacy violations. Using Interwow's session recording or analytics features to collect personal data from end users without a lawful basis for processing under applicable privacy law (e.g., without required consent under GDPR). This includes recording sessions on pages where sensitive personal data (financial details, health information, passwords) is entered, without appropriate masking.
3 Content Standards
Any content you create, upload, or share through the Interwow platform — including survey questions, form labels, feedback prompts, and user interview scripts — must meet the following standards:
- Content must be accurate and not deceptive or misleading to the recipients who will interact with it.
- Content must not solicit sensitive personal information (such as passwords, government ID numbers, or full payment card details) through Interwow's survey or feedback tools.
- Content must comply with all applicable advertising and consumer protection regulations in the jurisdictions where it is displayed.
- Content must not contain material that sexualises minors under any circumstances. Violations will result in immediate account termination and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
- Content targeting end users must accurately represent the nature of the data being collected and how it will be used.
4 Enforcement
Interwow takes violations of this policy seriously. When we identify or receive a credible report of a violation, we will investigate and may take one or more of the following actions, at our sole discretion:
⚠️
Warning
For first-time or minor violations, we may issue a written warning and require corrective action within a specified timeframe.
⏸️
Suspension
For serious or repeated violations, we may temporarily suspend access to the Service while an investigation is underway.
🚫
Termination
For severe violations — particularly those involving illegal activity — we may permanently terminate the account without notice or refund.
Where a violation involves criminal activity, Interwow reserves the right to report the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities and to cooperate with any resulting investigation.
5 Reporting Violations

- A description of the alleged violation and how you became aware of it.
