Installation takes under 2 minutes. After signing up, navigate to Settings → Tracking Code in your dashboard. Copy the JavaScript snippet provided and paste it into the <head> section of every page you want to track — or install it once via Google Tag Manager. Once the snippet is live, data will begin appearing in your dashboard within a few minutes.

Yes. Interwow is SOC 2 Type II certified and all data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). We operate data centres in the EU and US, allowing you to choose your data residency region. Session recordings automatically mask password fields and can be configured to mask any element. We are fully GDPR and CCPA compliant.

Session recording limits depend on your plan. The Starter plan includes 1,000 sessions/month, Growth includes 10,000 sessions/month, and Enterprise plans are custom and unlimited. You can also configure a sampling rate (e.g. record 20% of all sessions) to stay within limits while still capturing representative data. Upgrade anytime from your Account > Billing page.

Yes, Interwow fully supports SPAs built with React, Vue, Angular, Svelte, and other frameworks. The tracking script automatically detects URL changes triggered by client-side routing (pushState, hash routing) and records them as new virtual page views. No additional configuration is required for most SPA setups. Custom event tracking is available via our JavaScript API for finer control.

Interwow handles dynamic pages intelligently. Click data is recorded against element selectors and DOM positions, not pixel coordinates alone, so heatmaps remain accurate even when content shifts (e.g. infinite scroll, lazy-loaded sections, dynamic modals). You can also segment heatmaps by URL parameters or custom attributes to isolate A/B test variants, logged-in vs. logged-out users, and more.

White-labelling is available on the Enterprise plan. This includes custom branding on the dashboard (your logo, colours), a custom subdomain (e.g. analytics.yourcompany.com), and removal of all Interwow branding from reports and shared links. Contact our sales team to discuss an Enterprise arrangement.

You can cancel at any time from Account Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period — you won't be charged again after that. There are no cancellation fees. If you're having trouble with Interwow before cancelling, we'd love the chance to help — reach out to our support team first.

After cancellation, your data (heatmaps, recordings, surveys) is retained in a read-only state for 30 days, giving you time to export anything you need. After 30 days, all your data is permanently deleted from our systems in accordance with our data retention policy. We recommend exporting any important reports before your account closes.
