1 Program Overview

The Interwow Engage Tester Program is a structured early-access initiative that gives a select group of Interwow customers the opportunity to test new product features before they are released to the general customer base. The Program is designed to:

• Gather real-world usage data and qualitative feedback on features in development.
• Identify bugs, edge cases, and usability issues before general availability.
• Build a community of power users who help shape the direction of the Interwow product roadmap.

Participation in the Program is by invitation only and is offered at Interwow's sole discretion. Invitations may be withdrawn at any time. Features made available through the Program are pre-release and subject to significant change or removal before or after general availability.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the Engage Tester Program, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• Existing customer. You must hold an active, paid Interwow subscription at the time of your invitation and throughout your participation in the Program.
• Account in good standing. Your account must not be subject to any payment disputes, service restrictions, or violations of Interwow's Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
• Authorised representative. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you must have the authority to bind that company to these terms.
• Age requirement. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to participate.
• Geographical restrictions. The Program is available in all countries where Interwow operates, except where prohibited by local law.

3 Early Access Features

Features made available through the Engage Program ("Early Access Features") are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. You acknowledge and accept the following:

4 Feedback Obligations

Active participation in the Engage Program means more than just using features early — it means helping us improve them. As a member of the Program you agree to:

• Provide timely feedback. Submit structured feedback within 14 days of first using an Early Access Feature, using the designated feedback channel provided by Interwow (typically an in-app survey or a dedicated Engage portal form).
• Be specific and constructive. Feedback should describe your experience, specific issues encountered, and suggestions for improvement. Generic responses ("it's fine") are not useful to the product team.
• Participate in optional check-ins. Interwow may invite you to short video interviews (30 minutes or less) to discuss your experience. While these are encouraged, they are not mandatory.
• Report bugs promptly. If you encounter a bug or unexpected behaviour, please report it through the feedback portal or by emailing [email protected] so we can address it quickly.

You grant Interwow a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable licence to use, incorporate, and modify any feedback you provide for any purpose related to the development and improvement of Interwow's products and services, without any obligation of compensation or attribution to you.

5 Confidentiality

By participating in the Program, you agree to:

• Keep all Early Access Features and related information strictly confidential until Interwow publicly announces or releases the relevant feature.
• Not disclose, publish, post on social media, discuss publicly (including in blog posts, podcasts, or video content), or otherwise share information about Early Access Features with any third party without Interwow's prior written consent.
• Not share access to Early Access Features with colleagues, contractors, or third parties outside your organisation who have not themselves been invited to the Program by Interwow.
• Notify Interwow immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised disclosure of confidential information.

These confidentiality obligations survive the termination of your participation in the Program for a period of two (2) years, or until the relevant information enters the public domain through means other than a breach of this agreement.

6 Data and Privacy

Your use of Early Access Features is subject to Interwow's standard Privacy Policy and, where applicable, your existing Data Processing Agreement with Interwow. The following additional points apply to Program participants:

• Test data you enter or generate while using Early Access Features is handled under the same security and privacy standards as your production data.
• Interwow may collect additional usage telemetry from Early Access Features (beyond standard product analytics) to understand how new features are being used. This telemetry is used solely for product improvement purposes.
• Feedback submissions — including any personal data you include in written responses or video interviews — will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used solely for internal product research.
• If an Early Access Feature is discontinued, data associated with that feature will be handled per your existing data retention settings and our standard deletion procedures.

7 Incentives and Rewards

Interwow genuinely values the time and effort our Engage testers put in. As a token of appreciation, we may offer the following — though none of these are guaranteed or form part of any binding commitment:

No guaranteed compensation. Participation in the Engage Program does not entitle you to any financial compensation, extended plan terms, or other contractual benefit beyond what is explicitly agreed in writing by an authorised Interwow representative.

8 Termination

Either party may exit the Engage Program at any time, subject to the following:

• Your exit. You may withdraw from the Program at any time by providing 7 days' written notice to [email protected]. Upon exit, your access to Early Access Features will be revoked and your account will revert to the standard feature set for your subscription plan.
• Interwow's exit. Interwow may remove you from the Program at any time with 7 days' notice, or immediately without notice in the event of a material breach of these Engage Terms (including violation of confidentiality obligations).
• Program suspension or termination. Interwow may suspend or terminate the Engage Program in its entirety at any time without liability to Program participants.

Termination of your participation in the Program does not affect your standard Interwow subscription, which continues to be governed by the Terms of Service. Confidentiality obligations under Section 5 survive termination.

9 Changes to This Program

Interwow reserves the right to modify the structure, benefits, obligations, and terms of the Engage Tester Program at any time. We will notify active Program participants of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued participation after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with a change, you may exit the Program per Section 8 before the effective date.
